Ok. First off, there are 24 hours to declare candidacy. Carl A. Lew is currently running unopposed and the other seat is currently vacant. One of the candidates will be the replacement Senator that will be decided by the Senate.

In the possible event that I am not able to occupy Mr. Wachob's vacant seat, I would like to run for the position regardless.
