How do I even find this out? For the Constitution packet.

Twenty-seven amendments have been ratified. How many of these have been ratified by state legislatures?

Correct. 26. #21 is special. There are four ways to officially amend the constitution, two involve state legislatures, two do not. Only two methods have been used

Oh they all involve states. Just some are done by state legislatures and others are done by elected conventions. Special State Conventions are elected NOT on basis of party, but on basis of whether or not they support the amendment. Each county/voting area of a state votes for who they want to vote. In this method, the people essentially vote on the amendment in a way similar to the Electoral College

Where is this?

Also, people basically vote for people to vote for or against the amendment? Was that the general gist of the state convention thing?

You are a tard, because I googled the exact question you asked and went to either the first or second find.
